I'll keep my fingers crossed for you! I'm sure something will work out. There are a lot of nice houses out here up for grabs & when you consider these houses were selling for double the price just a year ago, there are some great bargains. It may take a while, but the values will rise again. You can already get double the house you'd get for the same price in Sac. I'll look forward to meeting you when you move out here! : )
