Has anyone noticed the difference in the landscaping upkeep along RiverOaks and how it differs from "property to property"? I live in Cobblestone yet feel my "area" of the Blvd is the worse looking!!! I've heard that Cobblestone pays the most in taxes for such upkeep, yet where are the blooming flowers and weed control?
