Walgreens is Open! What is next?

Let me be the first to say that having a Walgreens finally open here in Plumas Lake is such a convenience! I know that they have been getting good business there and I plan on supporting them 100% by doing a good amount of my shopping there. What is coming next? I am hoping that a gas station or grocery store are on the development road map. What have you heard? What are your thoughts?
