Utilities Out in Plumas Lake

Hi Everyone or Anyone!!

I'm looking to find out where I can look up the average utilities for out in South Plumas Lake (rivers landing neighborhood). Does anyone know the company names I'm looking for? Or who I can contact to find this information out?

Yuba-Sutter Disposal does the garbage, and it depends on the size can you get (we have a larger can and pay about $36 per month)
OPUD does the water and sewer (our bill averages about $45)
PG&E does electricity and gas

Phone, Internet, and TV will be one or more of the following: AT&T, Comcast, DISH, Direct TV, Vonage, etc

There has been a lot of discussion about PG&E rates and which Internet/Phone/TV carrier people like best over on the Plumas Lake Life forums (forum.plumaslakelife.com). Do a search there for more specifics.
