I would love to see a gas station, preferably an Arco or something with lower gas prices that Chevron or Shell.

Arco, Raley's, a coffee shop, & a cafe where you could get a quick bite to eat without driving 10 miles.

Safeway, The Nugget, Chevron w/carwash, Peet's coffee, Jack's Urban Eats, Borders, some cute little French Cafe with yummy tasty lunch & dessert..... I could possibly just be dreaming, but I would like quality over quantity

As far as cheap gas goes, how about one of the Raleys or Safeways that has a gas station. Their gas is always decent price even before you get your 10 cent/gallon off coupons when you go grocery shopping there.
