This will be our first Halloween in Plumas Lake. Anyone have any suggestions as far as how much candy we should buy to be prepared for all the trick or treaters? I know the size of the crowd can change from year to year but I dont even have a ball park idea as to how big of a candy supply to have on hand.....
It depends on where you live. We are in the Cresleigh Riverside and we didn't get too many last year. We are planning to have candy available and would love to see lots of little ghosts and goblins at our door
well last year was our first at cobblestone and we handed out a lot over 7 pounds worth It WAS AWESOME all the kiddies out trick or treating..and the CHP was watching over all of it..VERY KEWL

I have heard that surrounding communities such as Linda and Olivehurst bus kids out here and let them trick or treat through all of the Plumas Lake communities. I am going to be well stocked with plenty of goodies!
We are going to go to a pre trick-or-treat party at a neighbors and then do some trick-or-treating. Either my wife or I will probably stay home and pass out candy and the other will take the kids out.
Didn't get to many kids in three rivers last year....at least on Wallaby Ranch anyway....Hope to see more kids this year! We have lots of goodies and candies to pass out. Our house isn't decorated yet but will be this weekend for a halloween party I'm having for my son who will be turning 1.
we passed out about 5 big bags of candy last year. last year was our first Halloweens in cobblestone and I was impressed of the amount of kids being dropped of in the big SUV s. I think this year its going to be a bigger crowd. Can't wait!!
